For the curious, Raphael enters the village between Issue #49, just prior to the City At War 13 issue arc. The Shredder is dead -- twice. Leonardo is completely recovered and his edge is back. The boys have explored many strange worlds and seen many strange things... but they haven't gone back to face the city they fled. They are at a crossroads -- peace is still unknown them, as well as their personal paths in life... And Raph's still angry.
Raph will always be angry. All the time.
He's also here for roleplaying and does not belong to me. He belongs to Eastman and Laird, and whoever happens to be publishing his canon, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, at this time, Playmate Toys, the Jim Henson estate, and various other people who have dibs on the property. I am not associated with these people-- I just like to be an angry, five foot tall turtle on occasion, that's all.
